Title: Grilled Swordfish
Post by: bbqchef on October 11, 2012, 12:26:05 PM
It was pricey... $14/ pound... but worth every penny...

Marinated in OJ, lemon juice, ginger, garlic and cilantro.

Served with Sauteed sugar snap peas with carrots, shallots, thyme, garlic and ginger along with Rosemary-garlic roasted baby potatoes.

That's some good eats right there, and it seems like I'm not the only one in the mood for some smoked fish... Dang..
