Title: 5 minute potato salad in a pressure cooker

I just made potato salad in my new electric pressure cooker.. 5 minutes with 6 - 8 smallish potatoes. I also added the eggs in with the potatoes, brought it up to pressure and set for 5 minutes..Perfect..poatatoes were done and eggs were perfect, just bought them Friday from a farmer. They peeled perfect, that never happens to me with fresh eggs. Gonna try just eggs for deviled eggs.  What's next? pressure cooker mac & cheese. supposed to take 5 minutes too.  I'm impressed, will be having potato salad a li more often now.  Pam  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
