My wife loves salt and vinegar potato chips; I eat them at times but not crazy about them. When I saw this recipe for salt and vinegar chick peas (garbanzos) I thought I might like them and pretty sure the wife would.
I made a batch of them today; the recipe said to bake at 400 deg. for 45 minutes. I stirred them after 25 minutes. Some of them almost got to the burnt stage. I thought they had great taste but they were almost too hard for my old teeth; about like corn nuts. Anyway it has to be a healthy snack.

Very interesting! You need to add those to your "bring to the Ohio Buckeye Gathering" list. Love to try them.

Don, I would lower the temp to about 350º and turn them like you did, and try them while turning, should give you a good gues as to hwo done you want them. They sound good tho, love garbonzos. And do bring some to the gathering. .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
