Alright so before going any farther these are each eight ounce patties. I got these ready with just sea salt and a liberal amount of black pepper and put those aside. Meanwhile I emptied a can of Masterpiece Applewood Baked Beans into a little LeCreuset enamel coated cast iron sauce pan and put that on the Keg to heat up and cook the extra juices from the beans.
These were REALLY good after the excess juices were cooked out and they soaked in a lil more smoke from the grill.

Pardon the Yuengling here but after my burger was cooked I added a bunch of thin sliced onions and a nice pile of sweet and hot jalapeno peppers and then covered that with a couple of slices of pepper jack cheese and returned to the grill to melt/seal it down to the meat.
