Title: Grown Up Mustard Sauce

I was thinking of trying this recipe, has anyone had experience with it?

I haven't tried that one yet, but he's generally got really good mixes.  I really like his Dolly's Lamb rub/marinade.

made a batch of this and all I have to say is boy does it have some TANG to it! I can see why it's called "Grown UP" as it's got some intense flavor with the Dijon and all the spices. It doesn't look pretty but it's pretty tasty.
