Title: Simple Leftovers
Post by: Big Dawg on May 21, 2016, 03:11:59 PM
I was late getting home from work, so, simple, quick, and tasty was on the menu.

I have some leftover brisket from a recent contest . . . that's a good beginning.

Wait, my neighbor gave us a big bag of fresh spinach from his garden . . . it's starting come together.

Ahhhh, Farfalla . . . . add a little brisket Au Jus and dinner is served ! ! !

That looks and sounds great Bill! I enjoy throwing things together with pasta. Usually pretty healthy too!

Sometimes leftovers make  dishes better than the original dish. Looks great!
