Made some SV London Broil.
Started with this...

Seasoned heavily with sea salt and black pepper then bagged & tagged...

Set point of 131F for 5 hours...

After resting in the fridge it was wiped down and coated more with salt and pepper then smeared with crushed garlic. Onto the Cook-Air for a quick sear...

Some people here like to boil their meat before grilling it!!!! ::)
Seriously, nice work. Everything is better sv'ed and then finished quickly be it grill, griddle, fry pan, or torch. The problem i have in warm weather is i enjoy sitting around emptying beer bottles while my meat is slowly cooking in one of the grills. It's the mental process that seems to block the best way to do things at times! :-\
