Forgive me but I cheated... Wasn't in the mood to brave the weather and fire up the grill so I used a 10-inch Lodge grill pan for some scallops.
Served with a roasted red pepper sauce (which was done on the grill a couple of days ago, asparagus and whole wheat pasta.
It was good but with the scallops $16.99/ pound, it won't be on the menu too often!

That's not cheating. It's improvising. When the weather isn't cooperating, I will hit up some burgers in the
George Foreman. ;). BTW, that money shots looks great!!
