Title: Decadent Scrambled Eggs over Toasted Baguettes with Pulled Pork
Post by: hikerman on June 05, 2016, 01:04:29 PM
After my second cup of java this morning I started craving a nice breakfast! By chance....I just pulled several bags of beef shorties from the SV tub for use later! So scrambled eggs cooked SV sounded great! These aren't just any scrambled eggs. These are the most decadent eggs that I've ever had and it's been way too long since I've last made them. Served alongside SV cooked PP that was put under a broiler sprinkled nicely with Jan's Rub until a bit of crust formed. Oh yes this was a most wonderful breakfast!

2 eggs
1 T cream
S&P and/or fresh or dried herbs (I used Italian seasoning)
Blend the above, pour into a zip-loc bag, then add;
1T butter
1T grated cheese (I used Asiago)
Get air out of bag while sealing.
Place into a 165F waterbath  for twenty minutes. Done!

That looks like how I wish my eggs turned out when done in a pan. Bookmarked
