I saw this recipe on FB. Tenpoint5 (Chris) had posted it from Hillbilly Cast Iron Cooking website. It looked and sounded delicious. And the best part is that it was easy to prepare.
Here are the shrimp I used, some Reds I got from Terry. Man, they are good!!

Here is the finished bowl, ready to serve. I used some Angel Hair Bird’s Nests for portion control.

Here is the recipe I used.
Garlic Lemon Butter Parmesan Shrimp
1 lb extra large or jumbo shrimp
1 stick butter
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 lemon
1 tbsp minced garlic
Directions
Clean and devein the shrimp.
In a medium sauce pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for a minute.
Add shrimp and sprinkle on Italian seasoning. Cook covered for 2 minutes.
Squeeze halved lemon over shrimp and then sprinkle on Parmesan cheese.
Cook for another two minutes or until shrimp turn white.
Add your favorite side and enjoy!

Wonderful recipe! Four minutes for shrimp, God I love a recipe where they don't cook shrimp to death. This sounds perfect.
