All these brat cooks lately got me in the mood. I picked up some Johnsonville brats and used the sous vide recipe here...

I used Tecate beer. They were finish grilled on my Cook-Air. Topped with spicy mustard and some tater salad. Oh so good! Broke out the fine china for this cook :P
