Title: Hatch Chili Peppers

Getting ready to take the seeds out, roast the peppers and dehydrate for some powder.

Some of the seeds i will plant in my RV garden.

I got a spice grinder just for peppers. After the first use it is ruined for anything else but grinding peppers :P

In the dehydrator now. Doing them outside, they are potent.
