A local food store chain has a special section every month like lemon or apple month I am sure October will be Pumpkin. But a few months ago they had bacon month with many products containing bacon......
I tried two.
1) Mayo bacon was very bad. You could not taste the bacon & the mayo was below average (one star *)
2) Well tonight I said it should be the night for the spaghetti sauce.......Well like the mayo the bacon pieces were soggy & the blue cheese tasted like processed blue cheese. I even thought what if I put it on a pizza....well I did not as it was that bad. I think at its best, homemade it might be OK but as far as this product (1/2 star).
I was not expecting five stars but I thought it would at least be 2.5 stars.....they were bad.....never again
It all goes to prove that fresh bacon is the only way to go....I did not take pictures as there was nothing to show in fact it looked sick in the jar.
