Good tip!  Kimmie always has issues with boiled eggs.   Probably why I don't care for them ;)

I use my electric pressure cooker..a dozen eggs, 6 minutes under pressure, put in ice water till you can handle them. Never had a problem after this procedure. Peel in a few pieces every time. will never do eggs the other way and I use the extra large eggs, fresh or not, it works.    .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Steamer basket in a covered pot for 13 to 13 1/2 minutes (rolling boil & steaming before putting eggs & basket in).   Cool in ice water for 20 minutes.  And then to peel, put a couple in a tupperware container with a little water and shake.....  Originally found this at cooks illustrated.   They also peel the old fashioned way and 99% of the time without the shell sticking even after a few days in the fridge.

NO...Kimmie has issues with YOUR exhaust after you eat the boiled eggs. The subsequent beatings are likely why you have decided not to care for them.... :D :D :D :D

Egg Genie. Uses a little over 2oz of water to do 7 eggs. Plug it in and about 10 minutes later the buzzer goes off and you unplug it. I used to put them in ice water but now i just leave them till they cool and put them in the fridge. It really does work excellent.

I steam mine for 15 minutes then run cold water over to cool. I can peel them then or have waited until the next day and very easy to peel! Don

Same as Pam but a little different - into the Instant Pot for 8 min on high pressure, but open immediately and into ice water.  Easy peelsie.
