Today's frittata consists of 4 smallish farm fresh eggs, a minced clove of garlic, sliced olives, sliced smoked sausage, and S&P. Crumbled feta on top before placing under broiler. Tasted pretty good with plenty of French-pressed, maple-smoked bacon coffee!
