One of the park staff dropped this off to me this morning, said make something  :o

Any ideas or do i gotta call me mom.

YEP!   Rick, brine that puppy in the same brine recipe I gave you a few months back (brined butt)  after 24 hrs wipe it off rub oil on it and rub. I used Fine Swine and Bovine rub Killer!!!

 Smoke that thing and don't open the door till done.  May take 12 to 15 hrs but it will be worth every min!!!

Pull it like pulled pork IT of atleast 200

All I know is that baby needs to be cooked over a open wood fire pit on a spit, turning slowly and meat sliced off as it cooks ;)

Best goat I ever had was cooked that way!

Why thanks!   I was good  ;)   Even though it took 12+ hrs and I was up til 1 am pulling goat meat!!!
