Title: Working on a faster Baby Back Rib Recipe
Post by: Savannahsmoker on November 30, 2016, 10:32:07 PM
Family likes ribs for 13:30hrs Family Day Dinner and I hate getting up so early to cook them so working a faster way without losing tenderness and flavor.
Not there yet, they were a touch tough but here is the first try.

Back in September I did an experiment with one-hour ribs using spares.  Results were decent and far better than no ribs at all, of course.

I haven't tried another experiment for fast ribs but I've got some ideas and will get back to it.  Enjoyed reading about yours  ;D
