Here I am clearing the upper deck of 2 feet of snow. This is just from last night. I had already cleared the 1 foot we got on Monday. Now I have to dig out the BBQ's and the snowmobile. Guess I won't be barbequing today.

Had to dig out the bird feeders to be able to fill them.

So glad we left the mountains this summer. Tired of the snow and salt and plows and shoveling and then re-shoveling the berm from the plows and that darn black ice.....almost went off the road 3 times and fell 5 times just last winter...............give me a So-Cal summer any time.............

Love pictures of the snow and I still remember shoveling out the driveway to drive to work.
But guess what, I went outside and not one mind you not one flake of snow to be found. :)

All that is missing from this "lack-of-sympathy-party" for our poor Northern cousins....is the smarmy, stiletto-sharp cynical humor of our favorite hard shelled reptile....
Turtle...OH Turrrrrrdddd-uuuullll....? ( phonetics used for pronunciative clarity.... :D :D :D)

We got lucky and only got a foot of snow.. crappy thing is it was followed by freezing rain. It's a slippery mess out there.
