Title: Very simple, very good cedar plank salmon
Post by: nylic76 on February 14, 2017, 06:48:10 PM
No picture, didn't think about it until after dinner.  I cooked a couple of salmon fillets on cedar planks.  Salt and pepper both sides, place on cedar plank, spread dijon mustard on top, and liberally sprinkle with brown sugar.  Place blank on indirect heat, and cook to 135° internal temp.  Can't get much simpler than that.  Very good.

Sounds great to me! I like the Dijon mustard and the brown sugar. Will have to try this. Thanks for posting!
