Smoked some smelts, salmon and mussels for Chirstmas... Yummy!

I thought I "smelt" something fishy...... :D :D :D :D I will have of the salmon, on a lightly toasted everything bagel, with a heavy shmear, extra capers,  and some fine minced red onion please....

Purchasing some land on the cowlitz river in sw Washington and Went out the other day for a meeting  and looked over the bank.  Those little smelt where everywhere.  They are saying 20 miles about 10 feet wide.  That is a lot of fish
