I have been watching a post on another forum and on here about those egg bites and this morning I went through the fridge to see just what I might have to make these things.
Turns out I only had green onions and mushrooms but I did have left over Philadelphia Intense Cracked Black Pepper and also some left over Jalapeno Cheddar whipped cream cheese.

Also in the fridge I had 4 smoked hard boiled eggs so I used 2 of those as a little bonus.
Got my bacon crispy and lined the bottom of the only two small jars I had. (need to stop giving them away)
Place one hard boiled egg in each jar on top of the bacon.
Used my blender to mix up 4 eggs, the whipped cream cheese, green onions and mushrooms. Poured that into the jars to about 1\4 inch from the top.
Lids on and sealed off they went to the sous vide bath @ 172F for 1 hour.
The one amature mistake I made was not waiting long enough for them to cool off. One came out in one piece the other ......well not so in one piece :o
Any ways here are some pics of the process.

Thanks everyone
A little more thinking on this one I think by using the whipped cream cheese I might have used to much of it in the mix. This might have something to do how solid this ends up. The other thing I might try is just using half the smoked hard boiled egg and putting the flat part against the bacon so they stay put and gives a little more room in the jar.
Oh and those breakfast sausage came out perfect in the Air Fryer.
