I have been trying new things to bake and thanks to Chef John, made these baguettes. Although the shaping needs a little work, I was very pleased with the taste. Would make a great base for leftover pulled pork or brisket or any other protein.

I eat a BBQ pork banh mi once a week. Asian market. I buy a couple of extra rolls for other lunch sandwiches.
