I do believe this is my go to cooker now! Very impressed on how well it maintains
temperature resulting in moist and tender meat. Charcoal usage is outstanding!

Another awesome beef rib cook, Mike.

I like the size of those ribs - look more manageable and not so overwhelming.  Where do you get them?
