Title: Sparky's Spares

Publix had spares on sale for $ 1.79 lb so the menu was set. Trim some up.

Let them sit awhile

Onto the Mak

Out of the foil add some sauce

Stuff some bread with butter, garlic powder and mozzarella cheese. Tie up put the bread and ribs back on.

Off the Mak. Trim and ready to eat.

Chow down with some potato salad and bread

ya damn right i'm proud.  excellenta on the ribs rickyB.  love the color on them and the FL.  and you used some of my favorite rubs on them.  the LLWP is outstanding on ribs.   :)

Great looking spares!  I believe quite a few of us have learned a lot from Sparky.  Seeing your ribs is making me hungry.  We haven't had ribs around here for a log time.  Maybe this coming week...

smoker to 240. 2 hrs uncovered and then 2 hrs of foil love. out of foil and bumped to 375 to set the sauce and cook the bread. About 15-20 min at high temp.
