Mongolian Beef and Shrimp Fried Rice
Bought a half beef tenderloin and cut a couple of steaks

Had to work today so up at 4am put these on with the tube smoker only. Temps were in the 30’s so let them ride for 3 hours.

Wrapped and into the fridge. Off to work.

Later today time to cook. Get the shrimp ready

Get the carrots blanched and ready to go. Then the Shoots

Smoke some Veg

Cook some rice

Slice the beef

Dust with corn starch and let rest

Fry the rice noodles

Ok everything prepped lets cook. Mak on high
Rice first. Shoots,peas,carrots and onions. Add some soy sauce and we are good.

Cook the shrimp

Ok getting tired of typing. Fry the meat. Add the sauce and veg.
