Miss Laura’s Toasted Coconut Tropical Sorbet
Ingredients- 1 can pineapple (frozen) Tip – transferr to a zip bag before freezing
- 3 Tbsp rum (optional) or juice
- 1 c toasted coconut (optional)
Instructions:
- Microwave pineapple for 90 seconds (helps it break up)
- Place all ingredients in a food processor
Serving suggestion -- Form into bite size balls & roll in toasted coconut
- Remember to freeze on a sheet pan until solid before storing in zip bag or container

Even though I can't stand coconut those look pretty good!
Wonder if you can substitute the coconut for crushed macadamia nuts instead? ;)

OK more items to add to the grocery list! They look simply delicious! Would be nice to have on hand in the freezer for a quick treat!
