Fired up the Yoder for a test run...

Cooked off some MOINK balls and Armadillo eggs...

Today will be Cackalacky lollipops and a roast pork

CB that's a frog mat.  They work great and I even use them in the SRG (low setting only)

Low is important. I have destroyed one on high heat ;(

It's a Frogmat. They're nice but can't be exposed to direct heat.

Moink balls are beef meat balls wrapped in bacon.  I think it was Dr Biggles who invented those. If not him, then it was someone else....and I apologize for giving underserved credit.  My memory ain't what it never was.  Dee

When I was writing the article we e-mailed back and forth a few times about MOINK balls. He's like everyone else on LTBBQ... a real nice person. I agree his website is nice.

Even better, he likes my book <lol>!
