I like Scotch eggs but they don't fit into the article I'm writing.

How do you like your Yoder so far?
-
Mike - is that a plain ordinary wire mesh screen on the grates or something special?
-
Looks like frogmats to me. Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

CB that's a frog mat. They work great and I even use them in the SRG (low setting only)

Low is important. I have destroyed one on high heat ;(
-
It's a Frogmat. They're nice but can't be exposed to direct heat.

500° tops. But I wouldn't push it... ;)

Moink balls are beef meat balls wrapped in bacon. I think it was Dr Biggles who invented those. If not him, then it was someone else....and I apologize for giving underserved credit. My memory ain't what it never was. Dee
-
From my understanding Larry Gaian created them.

Mike, You are right. :-[ I apoligize to Larry...a super fellow with a great website. Dee

When I was writing the article we e-mailed back and forth a few times about MOINK balls. He's like everyone else on LTBBQ... a real nice person. I agree his website is nice.
Even better, he likes my book <lol>!
