I found this going thru some of my papers.

Dry Rub
2 tbsp. kosher salt
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. hot or smoked paprika
1 tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. light brown sugar
1 tbsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. ground allspice

i like everything except the salt.  maybe cut it to 1/3.   ;)
