I need to give "Mr. T" a shout out for his rubs. My wife and I met him for lunch today in Hendersonville today. He gave me a sampler pack of his rubs to try and give him some feedback. Well, here is the first feedback. I tried some of his bacon rub on some double thick strips of bacon on my MAK while I was cooking a skirt steak using some Annie's roasted garlic EVOO and his steak rub. The steak rub is really good. The bacon rub is out of this world! That product will be around for a long time. It is killer! Great job "T"!

Word of Mouth is the best advertising for sure!
Need to do my homework as to what I am missing out on.

Fine Swine and Bovine Tri-Tip (This was in the fridge getting happy for 3 days as T's is a low salt rub and only uses Sea Salt)

WOW!!!
I am honored and humbled Art, and Ron! And - I am tickled that you like them. Looks great BTW!
Let me offer an appetizer suggestion for the bacon:
Ritz cracker with a thin slice of cheese ( medium cheddar is great with it ) and cut a piece of bacon to fit the size of the cracker. Simple taste done well always outperform complex ones that are not well done.

Tim,
It also worked well with a Smoked Gruyere Cheese on Olive Oil and Cracked Black Pepper Triscuit's or Roasted Garlic Triscuit's
Then again it is great on its own. The Kids and Grand Daughter ate 1 pound on their own and I had to make more for Christmas dinner

That sounds great Ron!
I have had people contact me about their uses for it that I had not considered. Some of them are:
As a rib -rub
On home-made potato chips
Chop the bacon up and put it on baked beans, mac and cheese, and even green bean casserole.
The bacon makes a KILLER BLT!

They are great rubs for sure. The Swine and Bovine is so good it even makes goat taste good ;)
The bacon rub is so goos even Kimmie likes it ;D

I made killer BLT's with the special bacon. I wanted to eat more than I was able. Very Special! Phil

I admit it...it is an illness now...you people are as bad as I am. Well - maybe not yet. I just sprinkled Bacon Savor on oatmeal, and dropped in pecans, and dried cherries ;D NO KIDDING.
