Title: Lamb Nachos
Post by: RickB on April 08, 2013, 08:53:26 PM
Had some leftover Lamb taco meat. No sense letting this go to waste!. Thinking Nachos

Here we go. Onto some chips

Add some sharp cheddar and monterey jack.

Ok here is a great tip for making nachos. Into the micro on the defrost setting. This is one third power and will let everything come to temp without separating the cheese. Just think three times the time you would normally cook. Add some Veg and sour cream. Good Eats

Enjoy!
