Title: Burger and ?

Started with an 80 / 20 mix. Sorry I'm lying  :( the package at the store said lean and I always wanted to say it.
Really simple; ground beef, some green onion, garlic powder, Salt and Pepper, crushed crackers, BBQ sauce.

I did something different this time. Weighed to 175 grams (6.17oz).

Smoked up some Bacon

Ok this is the wrong way but my wife likes here burgers like this.

Don't the flipped grill grates work awesome on burgers!

For dessert on burger night I usually have a pork chop ;)

CDN - looks great! I love raw onions on my burger. My store calls 80 / 20 "lean" - go figure. Nice burgers both hers and his.

Pappy, I like your desert idea - will have to try that.
