My job has kept me extra busy the last few months so I am attempting to keep my daily routine as close to what I have been accustomed to the last few years.
I came in from doing my insanity workout and immediately started cooking some pork chops that had been in the fridge for a few hours after using the food saver marinating container and caribbean jerk marinade.
Used a little EVOO, and seasoned salt on the corn in the husk. Garlic pepper on the asparagus.
Cook all in my four burner Charbroil infrared.
Turned out great for a rush job... now back on the phone attempting to carve out a livelihood.
I felt I needed to share "something", since I have been so scarce lately.
( I hope the photobucket thing works on my pics)

Albert,
Don't let your work get in the way of your fun. It needs to be a nice balance. BTW, how's your smoked salmon coming? You only have about a month until delivery time.
