Title: PBC ABT's
Post by: muebe on September 21, 2013, 03:07:40 PM
Have not made ABT's in a while and never made them on my PBC so today I thought I would give that a go.

Start with the turds...

Slice and excavate...

Now sprinkle in some Super Pig...

Then cheese...

Now remember what you removed? Chop it up and put some back...

Then some pulled pork...

And more Super Pig...

Then the bacon wrap...

And more Super Pig...

Ready to go...

Now onto the PBC. can you see me smiling? ;)

Going to give them 20 minutes and then rotate for another 15. Should be a good snack. Will post pics when they are done.

To be continued...

The sweet of the Super Pig, the spicy of the pepper, and the charcoal flavor just go fantastic together!

Very nice!!

Question, did you snuff out the charcoal so it could be used at a later date? I read somewhere that some guys do that.

Not me. I am actually using it to cook some potatoes but I usually just let it burn out.
