Title: St louis ribs
Post by: Sandman on September 23, 2013, 10:00:03 PM
On Mondays I have a day off............  from customers. I had to bread tenderloins for 4 hours so I thought why not smoke some ribs. I bought the smallest st Louis ribs I could last week from Sysco, for a cookout next week with friends. I cooked 2 racks today on the pbc dusted with slap yo mama powder. I cant say enough good stuff about how good the food is coming out of the pbc. Yes I did foil with the sugar and butta, that was my first time doing that. I loved the way they turned out for sure! I was just trying to get the dog in the pic and she licked big, made a great pic.

Well - Fenway has the equipment to wrap around those ribs and make 'em disappear quickly! :D

Great looking ribs, and handsome dog. We used to raise Dobes - and they actually do a good job tending cattle.

Super looking ribs. Is there a reason you cooked them on the grate vs. hanging? Love the dog shot - beautiful!

I'm curious too. I've always hung mine.
Great looking pup!

Looks like Fenway does a good job tending ribs, too...I wouldn't reach over to that plate with him there.

Ribs look mighty good.  When I use my barrel for ribs I use the grate and a rib rack.  Hard to hang 'em when they are wrapped in foil - just sayin'...

I was just playing around with the ribs. I haven't tried cooking ribs on the grate so it was just an experiment more or less.
