Here's a question for those more familiar with spices than I. The little sprinkle in the picture is from Blazin' Blends Montreal Style Steak Seasoning. My question is what are the little spheres? They're hard, have a kind of 'husk' on the outside, and a flavor I can't recognize (or particularly like). :-\

Good info, Don. In Indian cuisine cilantro is usually called "fresh coriander."
