I MIXED UP
1-TBS OF OLIVE OIL
1-TBS REDWINE VINEGAR
1-1/2 TBS OF M3
I marinated the lamb steaks in this for two hours and then wiped them with a paper towel almost clean. I then very lightly dusted them with garlic powder and grilled them 2.5/2.5/5 minutes. Wife said they were better than a T-bone steak and were outrageously delicious. I have to agree, M-3 is in a super class of it's own for flavor, Delicious :) Thank you T !!

I am not much into lamb but by the look of those and since I have some M-3 I may have to
give this a try! Very tasty looking lamb Key!
