Thanks for this.  About an hour ago my wife came in a told me she wanted some tuna sometime.  I just found the meal!  What is WOW? and what is a substitute if I ain't got none?

Hello Dee!  Wow is Tee's concoction, Way Out West steak rub/seasoning.It's ground up, dehydrated garden vegetables. So use maybe chives, parsley etc. If you don't have WOW. Good luck and please let me know how you like.
