Title: The Bert Burger
Post by: Wing Commander on December 07, 2013, 09:22:02 AM
Do you know Bert? Camembert! A French cheese from the Normandy, which I used today for some mini-burgers. The assembly is quite easy: roasted bottom bun, lingonberries, arugula, a salt and pepper seasoned patty, Camembert, more lingonberries and the roasted top bun. Simple but delicious!

That looks very tasty!  I'm not familiar with ligonberries...are they similar to any other berries?

I know lingonberry as a Scandinavian version of cranberry.  Some call it high bush cranberry.  It grows wild in northern Minnesota, Canada.
