Title: The Bert Burger
Post by: Wing Commander on December 07, 2013, 09:22:02 AM: Do you know Bert? Camembert! A French cheese from the Normandy, which I used today for some mini-burgers. The assembly is quite easy: roasted bottom bun, lingonberries, arugula, a salt and pepper seasoned patty, Camembert, more lingonberries and the roasted top bun. Simple but delicious!
