A goto easy and supper good steak when we have company over
2 tablespoon rosemary
2 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon tarragon
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Mix spices
Coat meat with olive oil then rub on spices
Let sit. I usually prepare in am then cook that night
