Title: A salad, with minimal “green”

I didn't know where to post this.  Not exactly a "Healthy Alternative", but it is a "salad".

Might be a tad heavy on the lettuce sprig but that salad will work!  8)

Folks, the green thing is a mint sprig to freshen the palette after the bacon salad :) ;)
