Title: WOW Crackers and Cheese

No genius here just my favorite midnight snack. I started using saltines and adding a slice of cheddar or Swiss and some celery salt. I usually do a half dozen and nuke them for about 8 seconds, just enough to barely melt the cheese. They need to be eaten right away or the crackers get soggy. Now the flip sides pretzel crackers are my favorite cracker.

Last night I thought the Savor WOW seasoning would be good on them and it was delicious. Don

I do the cracker, cheese microwave thing quite often. Will try your spice ideas ;D

looks good, I do similar with triscuits or wheat thins in the toaster oven.
