Just ordered a Dork-Food sous-vide controller
It's the poor mans controller ::)
You need a manual controlled crock-pot ( check got an 8 qt.)
& a vacuum sealer ( check) & your good to go.
Just plug in your pot into the temp controller & cook!
Doesn't circulate , BUT , is $99 delivered 8)
Should get here Tues, or Wed. Ill season something & have ready to go that day.

Good buy LA! I love mine. You can use an aquarium pump and bubbler to help with circulation. It will create water movement.

Michael, have you ever thought of using a hot plate/stirrer here's directions on how to make one. I was brainfunkeled the first time I saw one in use. Ummm this fancy German beer is 10.1%, Says so right on the cap :)
