Pandoro is a traditional Italian sweet yeast bread, most popular around Christmas and New Year.
i buy few and allow it to dry more .i do bread and butter pudding .
this morning i did for breakfast french toast  from pandoro.

a good maple syrup from Ohio (i bought it When Cliff he took me Amish country )

WOW!!  That looks good!  I just wish I had something like Pandoro to make toast with.

Before I finished your post I was thinking French toast, seems perfect for it. Or bread pudding
