Title: short ribs.

Have a bunch in the freezer from the 1/4 cow we got.  Needed to cook some up. 2 hrs of smoke then moved inside to braise in wine, beef broth, onion, carrots and celery for 3 hrs.

Beef rib is on my list come summer when ever that is, but it needs to look like yours ;D
