Salmon filet stuffed with salad shrimp, crabmeat ,cheese & rice
Sealed with gentle l vac setting & manually aborted to seal with vac on 2/4 .
Cooked 40 min @ 127F
Served with a Lemon Herb aioli ( that's mayo for us southern boys)
Really good! Salmon perfect med rare !
