Ok now my disclaimer is out of the way your all fair game. A friend of mine seen this somewhere and challenged me to try and make it. I'm always up for a challenge. It goes like this...
Take this stuff

Slice the onions into 1/2 inch slices and keep 2 rings together

Add some Siracha sauce

Wrap with thin sliced bacon and secure with toothpicks

Repeat and top with your favourite rub.. I used Super Pig..

On the Mak at 275 for 90 mins and plated with some Chipotle mayo to dip

Oh heck yes! I told James I was just adding some extra kick to the seasoning by peppering it with swears.

My favorite Cajun restaurant where I go to eat boiled crawfish has a sign in the men's room that says "We encourage our crawfish eating customer to wash their hands BEFORE using the restroom". Trust me, you want to do that.

Of man what is thinking I used pineapple and forgot the roster sauce still good but now I got to try these
