Title: reverse sear on weber kettle
Post by: Curtislowe on June 21, 2014, 02:46:01 AM
2nd attempt at reverse sear using my weber 22 kettle.  Cooked 2, 1.5 inch thick ribeyes.  One with WOW the other with FSB liberaly  dusted. Both delicious, moist and tender.  WOW wins the taste test with me and neighbors.  FSB outstanding too.

Great steaks!!  That WOW is a great seasoning tool to have around.  It's not just for steak  Great on chicken and vegetables.  I think FSB really shines with pork.

Curtis, if at first you didn't succeed, your 2nd try looked great!

I'm not familiar with either WOW or FSB, so I've got no clue about the relative flavor profiles, but, d@mn they both looked good ! ! !
