None of the judging is open to the public but you can buy a ticket to get onto the grounds and walk through all the team cooking areas, food vendors to purchase from, a few vendors selling all things BBQ. Best time in my opinion to come walk around is Sunday morning into turn in times for the open meat judging. Lots of action going on then I would guess.
