I just watched a show on making latkes the other night.  These were the traditional potato latkes.  I would like to try your version.  This is the time of year when neighbors are offering all the zucchinis you can handle.

We had dinner with Ahron, Sunday evening, and he was telling me how he made these. I'm sure when he gets back to Capetown, he'll share the recipe.
