Well... what do you call them?
I sliced potatoes on the guillotine @ 1/4'' thick...cold smoked them for 45 minutes - then kicked up the pellet grill to 350F for another 45 min. +/-.... then mined a white sweet onion - and grilled it until it was seriously cooked..caramelized and more in some pieces... ;D. Scrambled some eggs with cream and chives. Gently heated some of my Cider Mill Canadian Bacon, and got out some shredded mixed cheddar...and some of my whole grain  beer mustard ( not pictured...ate it too fast ::)...)

They would make great BBQ appatizers.... A little squirt of a spicy BBQ sauce on them instead of mustard would be good.
